The freshness of anything homemade or from scratch is totally incredible than anything packaged pales in comparison. I do Chinese Style Luk Fun noodles, the wide white somewhat glossy noodles commonly used in the dish Chow Fun, basically a stir fried dish from the wok, it could be with some veggies, chicken, pork, or beef. Sometimes just veggies is used, with a sauce that ranges from just soy sauce, to more inventive sauces, like spicy, sweet and sour, or sauces with fermented black beans, all tossed around adding the flavor from the wok to the noodles.

The noodles are relatively quick to prepare, and all I really need is your stovetop, a steamer, and a wok, and I’m good to go to start cooking up some really delicious food with an Asian American touch.
