You maybe too busy because of work, you just can’t seem to get dinner done in time when you get home from the office. This is where I come in. You tell me what kind of meals you want, and I’ll prep them up for you for the week.
I will need to use your kitchen to prep these meals, I’ll bring my own tools and equipment, though I will need to use your kitchen space, possibly your refrigerator freezer, stove and oven etc. I’ll do the shopping and all fees will include the food and ingredients, the prepping cooking and storing of your prepped meals.
Here are some of the weekly suggestions I have for you, for a 5 day work week. Serving as many in your family. I’ll use a 4 person example. (Starches & Entrees only), salads are perishable, and desserts can be bought.
Day 1- Mashed potatoes and meatloaf with brown gravy.
Day 2- Spaghetti with meatballs w. garlic bread. (Garlic bread can be store bought)
Day 3- Beef Stew w. Veggies (Serve with French rolls store bought)
Day 4- Chicken Chow Mein
Day 5- Pork Adobo (Rice needs to be made fresh)
* This is just a sample and there are many other meals I can prepare, just remember some starches are better if it is cooked fresh, such as rice. If you don’t have a rice cooker I can suggest many inexpensive brands you can purchase at your local Walmart or Kmart.. follow the instructions it is easy to do, and once you turn on the machine, the rice takes about 20-25 minutes to cook. All you need to do is reheat the entrees I prepared for you, take them out of the freezer or fridge and enjoy. You’ll get comfort foods in your own home.
My prices are reasonable for this. One rule I have is that an adult must be present when I do this job, I can be in your kitchen (home) for up to 4-5 hours depending on the foods that needs to be prepared.
