Chicken Cake noodles, is fried chow mein noodles, topped with chicken, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, onions, green onions, celery, garlic, ginger, with chicken gravy, seasoned with oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
